Starting from 2002, Macao Cartography and Cadastre Bureau initially released 5 service items of performance pledge aiming in providing high quality services and responding to the expectation of the citizens. Our target and achievement from 2003 to 2008 are given below:

1. Promise time starts from the working day of land surveying upon receiving the valid application form and all the necessary documents.
2. Promise time starts from the next day upon receiving the valid application form and all the necessary documents.
3. Only applicable to first 50 applications for each working day.
4. Only applicable to first 20 applications for each working day and each application is limited to 10 plans.
5. Applications are limited to 20 spots.
6. Applications are limited to the services not including Field Measurements..
If the mission cannot be accomplished on time due to the work procedure, weather problems or document analysis, we are committed that you will be notified by written mail or by phone, and to explain the situation.
